Who we are
This site and the Mai service are operated by Mai ("Mai", "we", "us"). Our full registered legal name, commercial registration, and registered address will be confirmed here once our legal entity is registered.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Engaging Mai for a paid pilot is governed by separate written terms agreed with you before any paid work begins.
The service
Mai is an AI sales development representative that qualifies leads over WhatsApp and email and books meetings on your team's calendar. A paid pilot is a separate, time-boxed engagement scoped with you before it starts. The conversation shown on this site is an illustrative demo. It is not a guarantee of the results any pilot will produce.
Requests and pilots
Contacting us or requesting a call through this site is a request for a conversation, not a contract. Pricing, scope, and delivery terms for a pilot are agreed separately, in writing, before any paid work begins.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit false information, attempt to access data that isn't yours, interfere with the site's operation, or use the site or the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Mai name, logo, and the content published on this site remain our property. You may not copy, resell, or represent them as your own without our written permission.
Disclaimers
This site and the illustrative demo are provided "as is," except as cannot be excluded by law. We do not guarantee that a pilot will produce any specific number of meetings, replies, or closed deals. Outcomes depend on your leads, your offer, and your market.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the service, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid to us for the relevant pilot. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Because these terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which are based on Sharia principles, any limitation or cap on liability applies only to the extent those principles allow, under which compensation is generally limited to direct, actual, proven loss.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia, or to arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration where both parties agree. The final governing entity and venue will be confirmed once our legal entity is registered.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be shown here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the site or the service after a change means you accept the update.
Language
These terms are published in Arabic and English. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
